The Details

A day in the valley

Our wedding will be held at the stunning Hadsham Farm — a lakeside tipi venue nestled in a secluded Cotswold valley, just 10 minutes from Banbury. Think rolling fields, a beautiful lake and giant interlinked Nordic tipis. We can't wait to share it with you.

What to expect

Here's a rough guide to how the day will flow — we want you to relax and enjoy every moment!

Guests arrive
Make your way down to the lakeside. Soft drinks will be waiting.
2:00pm
Ceremony begins
Outdoor ceremony at the wooden arch overlooking the lake.
3:00pm
Drinks & canapés
Celebrate with bubbles on the lawn while we sneak off for photos.
5:00pm
Wedding breakfast
Seated dinner in the tipis, speeches, and a lot of good food.
8:00pm
Evening guests join
The party opens up — welcome to everyone joining us for the evening!
11:30pm
Last dance
We'll end the night with a send-off to remember. Taxis from midnight.

Getting There

Finding Hadsham Farm

The farm is located in Horley, Banbury, OX15 6BS. There is parking on site. If you're travelling by train, Banbury station is 6 miles away — hop in a taxi or arrange a lift with fellow guests.

Free on-site parking available. Please don't drink and drive — book a taxi home in advance as local cabs can be busy on weekends.

By Train
Banbury station is 1hr from London Marylebone. From there it's a 15-minute taxi to the farm. Pre-book your return journey!

Bell tents and a Shepherd's Hut are available on site. We'll share booking details separately — spaces are limited, so don't leave it too late!

Evening Details

Join us for the party

Evening guests are warmly welcomed from 8:00pm. The party will be in full swing inside the stunning Nordic tipis at Hadsham Farm — there'll be a live band, dancing, evening food and a bar. Dress code: smart/casual or feel free to dress up!
